Getting Started

 

Getting Started is very easy and we make the process hassle-free!

 

The first step in getting started is to complete the Initial Inquiry Form(s) that corresponds to the service(s) needed by your agency. Once we receive the form(s), we will contact you to determine if you are just interested in a one time only referral or in contracting with us fully.

We will also discuss information needed in order to proceed.

All services that we provide and their descriptions are listed on the "Description of Services Tab". Beside each service will be a link to the inquiry form for that service. Please complete that form and fax or email back to us.

If you are interested in a service that is not listed please contact us directly and we can let you know if it is offered.

Administrative hours are from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
