Intake Process:

The first step in getting started is to complete an Initial Inquiry Form. Once we receive that form, we will contact each party to complete the Intake Process. 

After completing all paperwork and all fees are paid, you will then be assigned a tutor who will work with you and your child based on your availability and your needs.

 

FEES FOR SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE  BY  DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR APPOINTMENTS CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

If at anytime you need to increase or decrease your amount of session days or hours, please contact the office immediately so arrangements can be made. 

Home Based Casework sessions are available seven days a week.

Administrative hours are from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.

Fee Schedule: 

FEES FOR ALL SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. INVOICES ARE SENT ON SUNDAYS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY SATURDAY TO ENSURE THAT SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK WILL OCCUR

Registration Fee: $100 (non-refundable)  (Due at start of intake)

 

Home Based Casework Hourly Rates: $80 per hour ($90 per hour if transportation needed)

(2 hours per session minimum)

 

Session Cancellation/No Shows/Early End Time:

Scheduled sessions that are not cancelled within 24 hours, no shows or sessions that end before scheduled time are non-refundable. Make-up visits will still be charged the normal rate if not cancelled within 24 hours.

If required notice is given, you will receive a credit toward the next visit.

 

Holiday Rates:

Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th and Thanksgiving will be double the Normal rate.
